Domestic and International ShippingUSA Customers - Shipping Notes
Media Mail:Delivery times takes between 2-8 days. Locations in the Midwest get delivery earlier than 2-8 days, and more distant locations (e.g. South, West, Mountain zone, may take moreabout 7-10days). Deliver Monday through Saturday.
First Class Mail (small packages) & Priority Mail:A good option, for speedier delivery, for packages weighing less than 6 pounds. This takes 2-3 business days maximum, and generally a good deal, if the package is not heavy. Deliver Monday through Saturday.
UPS (Ground / 2 Day / Next Day) - United Parcel Service (private courier) is good & recommended for heavy packages, and when the order is more than $50.00. This shipping method isless expensive when delivery is to a commercial address. Deliver Monday through Friday only.
Express Mail - when you need your package guaranteed overnight, this is the option (you can compare the shipping cost vs. UPS Next Day, and determine which is cheaper). Deliver Monday through Saturday.
International Customers (outside of USA) - Shipping Notes
USPS Worldmail / Canada Worldmail - This shipping option, takes roughly 10-21 days, for select countries (Canada, UK, France, Australia and other Countries). Packages arrive via your local postal service. Since no private courier is involved, you do not incur private brokerage fees. (Your country may charge some tax, but for books, generally, there is no tax). Locales closest to the east coast of USA take around 10 days, and 21 days for more distant locales (e.g. New Zealand, Australia). Deliver Monday through Saturday.
Priority Mail International (all types) - good, relatively fast shipping all over the globe (takes about 7-10 days maximum), delivered via your local postal service, and includes tracking capability. Deliver Monday through Saturday.
Express Mail International - when speed is very important, a premium shipping option, with delivery in 3-5 days window, all over the globe. Deliver Monday through Saturday.
UPS AND Fed Exp International service is determined by the weight of the order and generally takes between 6-10 business days for delivery, charges determined by weight of the order.
There might be a customs charge that will be determined by the concerned Country Customs department payable at time of delivery.
Return Policy1. Items received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise (due to Shipping fault):
a. We will gladly replace your item(s) with the same item(s) originally ordered without you incurring any extra fees for shipping and handling. Furqaan Bookstore will send you a UPS label to ship the package back to us.
b. Please notify our customer service department within 8 days of receipt of damaged or defective products at email@example.com, or call us at 1-877-866-4104.
2. Dissatisfied with your purchase
a. Full refund (cost of item(s) only, no shipping and handling cost refunded).
b. Exchange your item(s) with other item(s) of your choice. If the price of new merchandise is higher than the price of original purchase, the customer pays for the difference in price. The customer also pays for the shipping and handling of all exchanged items.
c. Alternatively, we can also provide you with store credit for future purchases.
d. Important: To qualify for the above options:
i. DVDs, CDs, electronics, VHS tapes, audiotapes, or games and puzzles must be unopened and in their original saleable plastic wrapped boxes.
ii. Books, flash cards, posters and other products must be unmarked, unwritten on, unbent, and in new condition.
3. General Rules
a. Items that do not satisfy the conditions above will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
b. No item(s) will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days from the customer's receipt of products.
c. As long as the product was not damaged or defective, the following items will not be accepted for returns once the original packaging is opened: software, electronics, CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, VHS tapes, and bundles with books and CDs or books and DVDs.
d. All returned goods needing new packaging and missing parts are subject up to a 50% restocking charge.
e. We will ship the exchanged item(s) after we receive the returned one(s).
