It is a right decision when a young person joins the honorable profession of teaching and undertakes its eternal mission. It is a serious mistake, however, when somebody thinks of teaching merely as an official task. It is a grave, unjust insult not only to teachers, but to the younger generations as well, when someone adopts that short-sighted viewpoint that belittles the teaching profession.

It is a great joy to see the sincere and warm hearts of young teachers, who, in spite of their great concern and grief for the conditions of their nation and of youth in particular, are not too disappointed or frustrated, but rather entertain a sincere ambition and an unyielding spirit that aspired to make changes and reforms.

It is often that one hears words of sincere praise from the students of sincere teachers. Under the influence of their teachers, tender young people race to the front rows in mosques and hurry to educational seminars. There is, however, a certain group of teachers who keep lamenting the current conditions of young people and feel sorry for them without doing anything about it.

It is this group that this booklet addresses. They are entitled to receive help and advice. The duties of their position are great, and the responsibility they shoulder is heavy. The masses of this Nation are looking for a savior to save them and their children, and teachers are an important part of this hope of this Nation.
