      Hadiths, also known as traditions, are these that the Prophet (PBUH) said or done.

In this book, the author gathered " the cream of the cream " of the prophetic traditions that he saw as should be put in one place.

In part two of the book , the author put seventy nine lessons on how to self educate and improve yourself and soul.
