About the Translation
For a translation to do justice to the Quran and capture its elegance and vigor, it has to be accurate, smooth, eloquent, and accessible. Unlike most popular translations, The Clear Quran® masterfully passes on all counts. To achieve accuracy, the translator has made use of the greatest and most celebrated works of old and modern tafsir (Quran commentaries), and shared the work with several Imams in North America for feedback and insight. For clarity, every effort has been made to select easy to understand words and phrases that reflect the beauty, flow, and power of the original text. Along with informative footnotes and Sura (chapter) introductions, verses have been grouped and titled based on their themes for a better understanding of the chapters, their main concepts, and internal coherence. Thanks to our dedicated team of scholars, editors, and proofreaders, we believe that what you are holding in your hands now is the finest translation of the Final Revelation.
About the Translator
Dr. Mustafa Khattab is a Canadian-Egyptian authority on interpreting the Quran. He received his Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in Islamic Studies in English with Honours from Al-Azhar University’s Faculty of Languages & Translation. He lectured on Islam at Clemson University (OLLI Program, 2009-2010), held the position of Lecturer at Al-Azhar University for over a decade starting in 2003, and served as the Muslim Chaplain at Brock University (2014-2016) and UTM (2019-2021). The Clear Quran
Having read various English translations. I've found Br. Mustafa Khattab's to be very enlightening. The words used are very simple and engrossing. I for one do not want to put down the Quran and just want to read on and on. I have ordered 5 of these editions. Some for family members and some as gifts.

Thematic headings and Font Size
Love the thematic headings. Very helpful and makes it easier to understand the meanings.
Fon't size could be bigger. Perhaps, create another version with large print that includes both English and Arabic. -
Wonderful for converts!
This is nicely written in English translation that can be understood by all. I have given my parents other English translations of Quran but when I gave them this one, they felt this was so much easier to understand using modern day English instead of words that are hard to understand. I have given away three as gifts so far, Alhamdulliah. So glad I found this.

Best Feature: Thematic Headings
That it groups Aayaat by their thematic relevance is, in my opinion, the best feature of this translation. And this particular version of the publication has large headings that group them, unlike the other versions.

Arabic text way too small
Translation and how it's broken down is very good and easy to understand and I really like that although the arabic print is way too small and strains the eyes. If the size of the book was B5 or bigger than what it is then that would have been better
