وإن المجمع – طلباً للاتقان – أوكَلَ هذا الكتاب إلى نخبة مباركة من الأساتذة أهل الاختصاص في العلم الشرعي، ولا سيما الفقه، ثم عرضه بعد إنجازه على لجنة استشارية متخصصة لمراجعته، حتى تستدرك ما عساه قد ند، أو غمض.. فجاء – بحمد الله – بمحاسن جمة، منها: التحري البالغ في صحة ما تبنى عليه الأحكام الفقهية من أحاديث وآثار في كل مسألة، وشموله، واستيعابه لجميع أبواب الفقه ومسائله التي ليس للمسلم غنى عنها، ووضوح عباراته، ويسر أسلوبه، لينتفع به طلبة العلم فمن دونهم من عامة المسلمين، ودقة تقسيماته، وسهولة الاستفادة من موضوعاته، وذلك بجعلها تحت عنوانات تدل عليها، وتعين على فهمها، وتضمنه التنبيه على جملة من المخالفات الشرعية التي ربما وقع فيها كثير من المسلمين، إما جهلاً أو تقليداً

وقد تلخص منهج العمل في الكتاب إلى تقسيم الموضوعات إلى كتب رئيسة بلغ عددها أربعة عشرة كتاباً، سبقها تمهيد تضمن التعريف بالفقه، وموضوعه، وثمرته، وفضله

وأما الكتب (الموضوعات) فهو على النحو التالي

(1) كتاب الطهارة، ويشتمل على عشرة أبواب: أحكام الطهارة والمياه، الآنية، قضاء الحاجة وآدابها، السواك وسنن الفطرة، الوضوء، المسح على الخفين والعمامة والجبيرة، أحكام الغسل، أحكام التيمم، أحكام النجاسات وكيفية تطهيرها، الحيض والنفاس

(2) كتاب الصلاة، ويشتمل على خمسة عشر باباً: تعريف الصلاة وفضلها، ووجوب الصلوات الخمس. أحكام الأذان والإقامة. مواقيت الصلاة. شروطها وأركانها ومبطلاتها وسننها ومكروهاتها وحكم تاركها. صلاة التطوع. سجود السهو والتلاوة والشكر. صلاة الجماعة. أحكام الإمامة. صلاة أهل الأعذار. صلاة الجمعة. صلاة الخوف. صلاة العيدين. صلاة الاستسقاء. صلاة الكسوف. صلاة الجنازة، وأحكام الجنائز

(3) كتاب الزكاة، ويشتمل على ستة أبواب: مقدمات الزكاة. زكاة الذهب والفضة. زكاة الخارج من الأرض. زكاة بهيمة الأنعام. زكاة الفطر. أهل الزكاة

(4) كتاب الصيام، ويشتمل على خمسة أبواب: مقدمات الصيام. الأعذار المبيحة للفطر والمفطرات. مستحبات الصيام ومكروهاته. القضاء والصيام المستحب، وما يكره من الصيام. الاعتكاف

(5) كتاب الحج، ويشتمل على سبعة أبواب: مقدمات الحج. الأركان والواجبات. المحظورات والفدية والهدي. صفة الحج والعمرة. الأماكن المشروع زيارتها في المدينة. الأضحية. العقيقة

(6) كتاب الجهاد، ويشتمل على ثلاثة أبواب: حكم الجهاد وشروطه ومسقطاته. أحكام الأسرى والغنائم. أحكام الهدنة، والذمة والأمان ودفع الجزية

(7) كتاب المعاملات، ويشتمل على ثلاثة وعشرين باباً: البيوع. الربا. القرض. الرهن. السلم،. الحوالة. الوكالة. الكفالة. الحجر. الشركة. الإجارة. المزارعة والمساقاة. الشفعة والجوار. الوديعة، والاتلافات. الغضب. الصلح. المسابقة. العارية. إحياء الموات. الجعالة. اللقطة واللقيط. الوقف. الهبة والعطية

(8) كتاب المواريث والوصايا والعتق ويشتمل على أربعة أبواب: تصرفات المريض. الوصية. العتق والكتابة والتدبير. الفرائض والمواريث

(9) كتاب النكاح والطلاق، ويشتمل على أحد عشر باباً: النكاح. الصداق والعشرة وولية العرس. الخلع. الطلاق. الإيلاء. الظهار. اللعان. العدة والإحداد. الرضاع. الحضانة وأحكامها. النفقات

(10) كتاب الجنايات، ويشتمل على ثلاثة أبواب: الجنايات. الديات. القسامة

(11) كتاب الحدود، ويشتمل على ثمانية أبواب: تعريف الحدود ومشروعاتها والحكمة منها. حد الزنى. حد القذف. حد الخمر. حد السرقة. التعزيز. حد الحرابة، الردة

And the Synod – as a request for perfection – entrusted this book to a blessed group of professors with specialization in legal science, especially jurisprudence, then presented it after its completion to a specialized advisory committee to review it, so that it could make up for what it might have matched or ambiguous .. So it came – praise be to God – With great merits, including: Extreme investigation of the validity of the hadiths and implications of jurisprudential rulings based on each issue, its comprehensiveness, its comprehension of all the chapters of jurisprudence and its issues that a Muslim has no indispensability of, clarity of his phrases, and his style is easy, so that students of knowledge and without them among the general Muslims can benefit from it. And the accuracy of its divisions, and the ease of benefiting from its topics, by placing them under titles that indicate them, help to understand them, and include a warning about a number of legal violations that many Muslims may have committed, either ignorance or imitation.

The method of work in the book may be summed up by dividing the topics into main books totaling fourteen books, preceded by an introduction that included the definition of jurisprudence, its subject, its fruit, and its merit. As for the books (subjects), they are as follows:

(1) The Book of Purification, and it includes ten chapters: rulings on purification and water, utensils, relieving oneself and its etiquette, tooth brushing and the Sunnah of Fitrah, ablution, wiping over the slippers, turban and cast, provisions for washing, rulings on ablution, rulings on impurity and how to purify them, menstruation and postpartum.

(2) The Prayer Book, which includes fifteen chapters: the definition and virtue of prayer, and the obligation of the five daily prayers. Provisions for adhan and iqama. Prayer Timings. Its conditions, pillars, invalidators, Sunnahs, dislikes, and the ruling of those who neglect it. Voluntary prayer. Prostration for forgetfulness, recitation and thanksgiving. Congregational prayer. Rulings of the Imamate. Prayers for excuses. Friday prayer. Prayer of fear. Eid prayers. Prayers for rain. Eclipse prayer. Funeral prayers, and funeral provisions.

(3) The Book of Zakat, which includes six chapters: Zakat Advances. Zakat on gold and silver. Zakat outside of the earth. Zakat for cattle beast. Zakat al-Fitr. Zakat people.

(4) The Book of Fasting, and it includes five chapters: Introductions to Fasting. Excuses that make it permissible to break the fast and break the fast. The desirable and disliked things of fasting. Elimination and fasting desirable, and hated fasting. I’tikaaf.

(8) The book of inheritances, wills, and manumission, and it includes four chapters: The behavior of the patient. Commandment. Manumission, writing and management. Obligations and inheritances

(9) The Book of Marriage and Divorce, and it includes eleven chapters: Marriage. Dowry, ten and guardian of the wedding. Dislocation. Divorce. Giving. Dhihar. The curse. Mourning and mourning. Breastfeeding. Custody and its provisions. Expenses.

(10) The Book of Felonies, and it includes three chapters: Felonies. Diat. Aliquot.
